With over two decades of experience in the education sector, Ms. Mona Bharaktiya, Principal of The Millennium School, HMEL, brings a strong commitment to purposeful and progressive learning, fostering an environment where students are empowered to grow into confident, capable, and future-ready individuals. Her approach to education is rooted in creating environments where children are encouraged to think independently, grow confidently, and develop skills that prepare them for an ever-evolving world.

Throughout her career, she has demonstrated excellence in academic leadership, school operations, and team development. She has been instrumental in setting up and nurturing feeder schools across various cities, while also driving effective curriculum practices and fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. Before joining The Millennium School, she served as Principal at Birla Open Minds and has been associated with institutions such as Sanjivani International, Jain Public School, and Jumping Crayons.

Ms. Mona holds a Postgraduate degree in English Literature and a Diploma in Career Counselling Psychology from CCPAI. She is also trained in EYFS Curriculum and Finnish Pedagogy, which informs her balanced approach towards foundational learning and student well-being. She is particularly passionate about mentoring educators and building inclusive school communities that value both excellence and empathy.

Outside the academic space, she enjoys storytelling, dramatics, and art—interests that she often integrates into her vision of engaging and experiential learning.
