With over three decades of experience in education—as a teacher, curriculum designer, academic consultant, and leader—Ms. Anuradha Sinha brings deep insight and visionary thinking to the field. Currently Principal of The Millennium School, Sector 119, Noida, she believes a school is not merely a place to acquire knowledge, but the very foundation where personality, values, and ethics are first shaped.

Her journey has been deeply anchored in curriculum design and pedagogical innovation. As Director Academics, she led a team of over 150 curriculum designers, steering groundbreaking work in curriculum frameworks and teaching- learning practices that continue to impact thousands of classrooms across the country. She remains committed to making education a life-shaping experience where learning is joyful, meaningful, and future-ready.

She holds Master’s degrees in both Botany and Education, and is a certified Counsellor, Brain Gym and NLP Practitioner, Whole Brain Educator, and Parenting Coach (Yale University). Author of over 100 educational books, she has trained thousands of teachers, principals, and parents across India. Her global exposure—spanning the UK, Norway, China, Japan, and South Africa—has further enriched her perspective and strengthened her belief in the power of transformative education.

Her journey is marked by numerous accolades, but her greatest reward remains the same: watching children flourish— not only as successful learners, but as compassionate human beings.
