Dr. Manjula goswami

Dr. Manjula Goswami is a distinguished educationist with over 35 years of experience in shaping the landscape of education. Known for her visionary leadership and commitment to academic excellence, she has dedicated her career to creating learning environments that inspire curiosity, nurture strong values, and promote the holistic development of students.

An educationist par excellence, Dr. Goswami’s scholarly work has received international recognition. Her research paper presented at the International Conference for Quality Control, organized by the Singapore Productivity and Standards Board, was acclaimed as the most outstanding paper. She was also honoured with the prestigious Deming Award for her case study presented at the International Convention organized by the Malaysian Quality Control Board in Kuala Lumpur. She has also received formal training in Japan’s Kaizen Theory of Quality Management.

Dr. Goswami has been felicitated by the Dubai Bazm-e-Urdu for her contribution to second language education and honoured by actor Nawazuddin Siddiqui. Her contributions have also been recognized by Amity University, the Times of India Group, Rotary Club, PHD Chamber of Commerce, and CII Young Indians. In 2021, she received the Gaurav Sammaan from the Honourable Union Education Minister and the Deputy Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh. She is also a recipient of the Education Warrior Award.

In 2024, The Millennium School was ranked third in India by Education World under the ‘Emerging Schools of India’ category. Dr. Goswami is associated with the Women and Child Security Organisation, Mission Shakti-1090, and received the Woman of the Year Award at the Zee News Women Achievers Awards.

In 2025, she was among twenty leaders across India to receive the Leadership Award from the University of Oxford, UK, for her contribution to educational leadership. She also received the Leadership Award in Primary and Secondary Education from the Indo-American Chamber of Commerce (IACC), North India Council.
