Leadership.

Responsibility.

Integrity.

The Student Council is the representative body of students from Grades V to XII, fostering leadership, responsibility, and integrity. It provides students with a platform to express ideas, participate in decision-making, and contribute meaningfully to the school community. Through active involvement, students develop confidence, teamwork, and democratic values.

Pathway to Student Leadership

The selection of Student Council members follows a structured and transparent process designed to identify students with leadership potential, effective communication skills, and a strong sense of responsibility.

The process includes:

  • Self-Nomination: Students from Grades V–XII voluntarily nominate themselves, demonstrating initiative and a willingness to serve.
  • Voting Campaign: Candidates present themselves on stage, sharing their vision, ideas, and leadership goals.
  • Voting: A democratic voting process enables students to elect their representatives, promoting fairness and active participation.
  • Interview with the Principal: Shortlisted candidates appear for an interview with the principal to assess leadership qualities, values, and commitment.
  • School Cabinet announcement: The names of the elected Student Council members are formally announced as the School Cabinet during a special assembly.

This comprehensive process ensures the selection of capable, confident, and responsible student leaders.

Building Leaders for Tomorrow
